PORTFOLIO: Unit 2 Application Reflection
Unit 2 Application Reflection
After looking through the list, I would say that I am really good at creating schedules of my assignments in order to keep track of them, so I know when they are due or not. I also tend to look up a lot of words I do not understand, since my vocabulary could use some work. I do try to think about the main idea after I read things. In all honesty, after seeing this list showed me that I do not have the most healthy study habits. I personally feel like growing up, when it came to school it came so natural and easy to me I did not have to study. So after years of not having to study, I am a college student now and really struggling. I would say my best strength would be my schedule and organization since I am really good at planning, but I really need to work on my time management and focus ability. I tend to stay really busy, so I never consider the extra time I might need for certain things. But after these first couple weeks of my sophomore year of college, I am slowly starting to understand that it is good to reach out to tutors, advisors, or TA's in order to get more help. One thing I would really like to improve on would be studying a little bit at a time over a longer period of time rather than try to learn a lot in very little time. Things that I could do in order to help with that would definitely just to remake my schedule in order to see what stuff I can move around in order to plan ahead of future assignments, quizzes, and tests I need to learn.
